Double anti-scoliotic table with fixed height
The table meets the requirements of DSTU GOST 22046:2004 "Furniture for educational institutions. Specifications". Geometry and dimensions - in accordance with DSTU prEN 1729-1:2004 "Furniture. Chairs and tables for educational institutions. Functional dimensions". Safety - in accordance with DSTU ENV 1729-2:2004 "Furniture. Chairs and tables for educational institutions. Safety requirements and test methods". The table consists of a tabletop, a front screen and a shelf under the tabletop, which are made of 16 mm thick beech chipboard of emission class E1 and assembled on a metal frame with the help of tightening screws. The worktop structurally consists of two covers: a horizontal one measuring 1200x120mm and an inclined one measuring 1200x450 with an angle of inclination to the horizontal plane of 8°. The horizontal cover has two 55 mm diameter openings for glasses on the left and right sides, in which polyethylene bushings are mounted. Two polyethylene pencil cases are also mounted on it. The slanted lid has two cut-outs on the pupil side with a radius of 300 mm and a depth of 85 mm. The corners are rounded with a radius of 20 mm. The ends of the lids are faced with a PVC edge with a thickness of at least 1 mm, the ends of other elements of the chipboard table with an edge with a thickness of 0.45 mm. The height of the table (on the horizontal cover) for different growth groups is 580 mm, 640 mm, 700 mm or 760 mm (from the 3rd to the 6th growth groups, respectively). The metal frame of the table is made of a round steel pipe Ø27x1.2 mm, has a modern design and a minimum number of welds. The coating is wear-resistant powder enamel. The supporting "shoes" of the table skis and the plugs of the upper ends of the frame are made of polyethylene and are placed on the ends of the pipes with tension from their self-collapse. The frame has hooks for briefcases (knapsacks) on both sides
