You can place an order on our website by yourself, and our manager will also contact you at the provided phone number to confirm all the details. After finalizing the order with your chosen delivery and payment methods, you will receive an order confirmation.
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by transport companies (Nova Poshta, Delivery). The delivery cost is not included in the order price and is paid separately by the customer.
You can also pick up your order directly from our production facility in Fastiv (Kyiv region).
For deliveries within Kyiv, additional options are available:
Delivery to your entrance by our courier service;
For orders over 10,000 UAH, delivery of your order within Kyiv is free of charge.
Please note that our company does not provide product installation services.
Product Returns.
The customer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase, to exchange the purchased product (furniture) for a similar one or return it if it does not fit in shape, color, or size, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended.
